Why do you talk about functional movement patterns so much?

Functional movement patterns comprise basically all of our regular daily habits.

They are “the primal foundation” for movement in the human body.

There are a handful of super common, and therefore, VERY important movement patterns: the squat, the lunge, rotation, bending, pushing, pulling, and locomotion.
