My coaching focuses on improving functional strength & mobility, placing priority on your unique movement patterns.
Intelligent workouts that incorporate the fundamental patterns of how we move and face the demands of life provide us with improved physical performance, increased mental clarity, more energy, less injury, improved sleep and enhanced physical appeal (you'll look better naked!).
We’ll use dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX straps, sandbags, and resistance bands for exercises that replicate natural body movements such as squatting, lunging, hinging, twisting, pulling, and pushing, to build strength and mobility, boost athletic performance, improve everyday activities and decrease risk of injury.
Training your body with movements that mimic your real-life activities enhances everyday functionality.
Every exercise should bridge the gap between physical performance and practical application.
