We start with an in-depth assessment, so that I learn all about how your body moves and what you need. Whether our focus is mobility, stability, flexibility, or strength, I then send you a custom-designed workout program that you can take to the gym or your living room.
Leave the guesswork behind! You’ll receive:
a live (either online or in-person) movement assessment to gauge your baseline level of fitness
email of video clip links to introduce the movement along with a visual “how to” that includes specific coaching cues
the email also includes a comprehensive list of reps and sets
email support through the month
1 25min monthly check in, again in-person or online, to talk through questions, specific coaching cues, and you get to see my face!
